The video below is an unbelievable story of Dr Jack Kruse personal investigation into the rise of obesity, blue light technology, mind control, the cure for polio, cancer, JFK, Fidel Castro assassination attempt and how these events affected our future. The following is a list of terms and people discussed in the video.

• Dr Jack Kruse is a renown neurosurgeon, health consultant, and biohacker who is known for his work on optimizing health through lifestyle changes, particularly focusing on circadian biology, cold thermogenesis, and the impact of environmental factors like blue light and electromagnetism on human biology. He advocates for a holistic approach to health, emphasizing the importance of aligning the body’s natural rhythms with nature (see recommendations below).

• Leptin is a hormone produced by fat cells that helps regulate body weight and energy balance by signaling the brain about the body’s fat stores. When fat levels are sufficient, leptin tells the brain to suppress appetite and increase energy expenditure. However, in cases of obesity, many people develop leptin resistance, where the brain no longer responds effectively to high leptin levels. This can lead to continued hunger and reduced energy use, contributing to further weight gain. Leptin plays a key role in controlling appetite, but when its signaling is disrupted, it can promote overeating and weight gain.

• High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and leptin are indirectly related in how they affect the body’s metabolism and regulation of hunger. Here’s how they are connected. Including other sweeteners (Splenda, Aspartame, Saccharine etc…) effecting GLP-1 in the gut.

  • Fructose and Leptin Resistance: Consuming excessive amounts of fructose, especially from sources like HFCS, has been linked to the development of leptin resistance. In leptin resistance, the brain becomes less responsive to leptin’s signals, which can lead to increased hunger, reduced energy expenditure, and ultimately weight gain.

• DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, is a vital omega-3 fatty acid that plays a crucial role in human health, particularly in the brain, eyes, and nervous system. It is a major structural component of the brain, supporting cognitive functions such as memory, learning, and overall brain health. DHA is also essential for eye health, being a primary component of the retina, where it helps maintain vision and supports proper visual development, especially in infants. Additionally, DHA promotes heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and helping to decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Overall, DHA is important for cognitive function, vision, and cardiovascular health.

  • According to Dr Kruze Blue light degrades or impacts DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in the body. DHA is crucial, such as the eyes and brain health. DHA plays a vital role in maintaining the structure and function of the retina in the eyes, and excessive blue light exposure from screens can contribute to oxidative stress and potential retinal damage. This oxidative stress may reduce DHA’s protective effects in the eyes over time. Additionally, blue light exposure, especially at night, disrupts sleep patterns by inhibiting melatonin production, which affects cognitive function.

• Neurosurgeon Dr Kruse comments, Blue light exposure influences dopamine pathways in the brain, which are critical for regulating mood, motivation, and reward mechanisms. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter involved in emotional responses, pleasure, and focus, can be impacted by blue light in several ways. One significant effect is on mood and mental health. Since blue light disrupts sleep and circadian rhythms, particularly by suppressing melatonin, this can lead to changes in dopamine production. Poor sleep quality is associated with mood disorders like anxiety and depression, which often involve imbalances in dopamine levels.

  Blue light also affects alertness and focus. During the day, natural blue light from the sun stimulates the brain, enhancing attention and cognitive performance, which is linked to increased dopamine activity. However, artificial blue light exposure, particularly late in the evening, may overstimulate dopamine pathways, making it harder to unwind and focus, disrupting proper rest. Additionally, blue light can overstimulate dopamine-producing cells in the retina, potentially leading to eye strain and discomfort, with long-term effects on visual health.

  Lastly, the constant use of digital screens, which emit blue light, can influence addictive behaviors by overstimulating dopamine release, similar to other behaviors that trigger the brain's reward system. This interaction between blue light and dopamine pathways may reinforce addictive patterns related to screen use, further affecting mental and physical well-being.

• Dr. Robert Becker's work suggests that electrical signals play a crucial role in bone regeneration. He discovered that bones generate electrical fields when they are injured, which stimulate the cells involved in healing. By applying small electrical currents to broken bones, he found it could accelerate the healing process. This groundbreaking concept has influenced the development of bone growth stimulators used in medical treatments today. Dr Becker was twice nominated for a Nobel Prize.

• The Marshmallow Experiment is a famous psychological study on delayed gradification conducted by Walter Mischel and his colleagues in the late 1960s and early 1970s at Stanford University. In the experiment, children were placed in a room with a single marshmallow (or another treat) and given a choice: they could eat the marshmallow immediately, or they could wait for a period of time (usually around 15 minutes) and receive a second marshmallow as a reward for waiting. The study was designed to explore self-control and the ability to delay gratification, with follow-up studies showing a possible link between the children’s ability to wait and their later success in life, including academic performance and other measures of well-being.

• Simian contaminant was inadvertently introduced into some batches of the polio vaccine between the late 1950s and early 1960s. This is a polyomavirus found in monkeys, and during the production of early polio immunization, was contaminated because it was grown on monkey kidney cells. This contamination has been shown to cause tumors in animals, leading to concerns that it might contribute to cancer in humans.

• Dr. Sarah Stewart was a groundbreaking Mexican-American microbiologist and oncologist in the 1950s, best known for her pivotal work demonstrating the link between viruses and cancer. Working closely with her colleague Dr. Bernice Eddy, Stewart discovered that the polyomavirus could induce tumors in laboratory animals, a revolutionary finding at the time. This research was critical in establishing that cancer could be caused by viral infections, a concept that faced significant skepticism during that era. Despite the resistance, Stewart’s work laid the foundation for future discoveries, including the identification of other cancer-causing viruses, such as the human papillomavirus (HPV), which is now known to cause cervical cancer. Redox potential, also known as oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), is a measure of the tendency of a chemical species to either acquire or lose electrons during a chemical reaction. Congress has recently been exploring this question, during the 2023 Senate UAP hearings, where former Navy pilots Ryan Graves and David Fravor testified about encounters with UAPs advanced maneuvers. David Grusch alleged secret government programs for retrieving and reverse-engineering UAPs, claiming cover-ups and harm to individuals. Video and radar data showing unexplained aerial phenomena were presented, emphasizing the need for transparency and further scientific investigations for national security and public safety.

David Charles Grusch, a former intelligence officer with the United States Air Force (USAF) earned a degree in physics on an Air Force scholarship and began his military career as a second lieutenant. Grusch served in Afghanistan, where he participated in numerous combat missions and was recognized for his outstanding performance.

Following his service in Afghanistan, Grusch held positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). From 2019 to 2021, he represented the NRO on the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), now known as the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). In late 2021, he became the NGA's co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.

Grusch played a significant role in drafting the National Defense Authorization Act of 2023, which includes provisions for reporting unidentified flying objects (UFOs), such as whistleblower protections and exemptions to non-disclosure agreements.

In 2023, Grusch gained public attention as a whistleblower, alleging that the U.S. government maintains a secretive UFO retrieval program and possesses multiple spacecraft of non-human origin, as well as the remains of their pilots. He testified before Congress, stating that he had interviewed officials who claimed that individuals had been harmed or killed to conceal these programs. The Department of Defense and NASA have denied these claims, stating that no verifiable information substantiates the existence of such programs. Grusch's allegations have sparked significant debate and have been a focal point in discussions about government transparency regarding unidentified aerial phenomena. As of December 2024, no conclusive evidence has been presented to substantiate his claims.

In Dr Pasulka's book, described a secret group of scientists, who emerged after World War II, and had access to the government data on UAP's investigations and advanced technology. These scientists have been called the "Invisible College," a term coined by Jacques Vallée to describe a network of scientists, researchers, and academics who investigate UAP phenomena outside traditional UFO research groups, academic and governmental frameworks. Pasulka details how these individuals share information and collaborate covertly due to the controversial nature of their work and the pressure of academic institutions. The book examines the cultural and spiritual implications of UFOs and the Invisible College which navigates the intersection of science, belief, and secrecy.

Dr J Allen Hynek and Jacques Vallée were key figures in forming the Invisible College, Hynek, initially skeptical, served as the scientific advisor to Project Blue Book, the U.S. Air Force's official UFO investigation from 1952 to 1969. Over time, his views shifted, recognizing that some of these sightings were not easily explainable and advocating for serious scientific investigations. Vallée, a computer scientist and ufologist, collaborated closely with Hynek, sharing his frustration with mainstream science's dismissive stance. Together, through encouraging others to join the Invisible College, they pursued rigorous, discreet investigations, free from the constraints of governmental scrutiny and public stigma.

Pasulka views UAP phenomena not merely as physical encounters but as events that have profound spiritual and psychological dimensions. She suggests that UAP sightings and encounters with nonhuman intelligences might represent a new form of spirituality influenced by technological advancements. This perspective is reflected in her discussions of how AI and other technologies might act as mediums for experiencing and interpreting these phenomena. She proposes that these encounters might be reshaping our understanding of consciousness and existence, drawing parallels with historical religious experiences and visions.

In her investigation, she describes a close relationship with Jacques Vallée, who invites her to his apartment in San Francisco, where he slyly shows his famous book collection on alien encounters. When she first looks at his library, she curiously notes, of very little books on UAP's. This is because his current views on UAPs are nuanced and go beyond the traditional extraterrestrial hypothesis. Vallée proposes that UAPs might represent a more complex phenomenon involving interdimensional or consciousness-related aspects.

He believes the unexplained 2% of UAP cases are crucial for understanding their true nature. Vallée advocates for serious scientific study, transparency, and improved data analysis techniques to explore these phenomena. He emphasizes the importance of distinguishing genuine unexplained cases from those with mundane explanations, suggesting that these cases could have significant implications for science and society.

According to Vallee, these non-human encounters are communicated in a type of “Kubuki Theater” style, almost to the point they are acting out a play, in communicating to us beyond making us aware of their presence and technology.

The bridge between the invisible college community and the general public is forming where prominent individuals such as, Dr Garry Nolan are willing to express their views on the subject. Dr Nolan is an immunologist and professor in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine has openly stepped forward in bringing legitimate expertise to the subject. He holds the Rachford and Carlota A. Harris Professor Endowed Chair and is widely recognized for his work in immunology, cancer research, and biotechnology.

Dr Nolan has authored over 300 research articles and holds numerous patents. His scientific contributions include pioneering techniques in single-cell analysis and the development of advanced imaging platforms which have significantly advanced the field of immunology and cancer research. Nolan's research has also intersected with ufology, where he has analyzed materials and health conditions associated with alleged UAP encounters.

For example, in a study by Dr Christopher Green, a professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Wayne State wrote a study named “Clinical Medical Acute & Subacute Field Effects on Human Dermal & Neurological Tissues” (see references) was supposely commissioned by the military in reviewing effects of exotic propulsion on human physiology. His hypothesis was to reverse engineering how these injuries occurred. This study had accessed to medical reports of individuals who had unexpected injuries that were consistent with strong electromagnetic field generators such as Microwave and Thermal devices. Including reviewing evidence of damaging DNA-RNA protein pathways.

Since the days of project "Blue Book" in the 50's and 60's our perception has been managed by the government. The public perceptions is beginning to change as information about the government programs are revealed. The resignation of Luis Elizondo in 2017, a former U.S. intelligence officer is known for his work in investigating UAPs. He served as the director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a secretive Pentagon initiative aimed at analyzing reports of UAP sightings and potential threats to national security. His basic message is, “We are not Alone”.

He has become an advocate for greater public disclosure on the topic. Elizondo argues that the phenomena present significant scientific, military, and security implications and continues to push for rigorous examination and open discussion on UAPs.

The data collected by AATIP was established with the goal of assessing whether these phenomena posed a potential threat to national security, especially in terms of advanced aerospace technologies that could be developed by foreign adversaries. AATIP analyzed various UAP sightings, many of which were recorded by military personnel, and gathered data through radar, video, and witness accounts. Some AATIP evidence of this investigation was also revealed in the Senate hearings.

Most of the analysis of this data are done by outside contractors such as, Hal Puthoff, an American physicist and engineer known for his pioneering work in both mainstream and unconventional areas of science. He gained recognition in the 1970s for his research into remote viewing and psychic phenomena at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), which was funded in part by U.S. government agencies, including the CIA. Puthoff later shifted focus to more speculative areas of physics, including zero-point energy, advanced propulsion systems, and the study of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).

Puthoff was a key figure in the development of the AATIP program. His work explores the possibility of harnessing breakthrough technologies, such as vacuum energy and spacetime manipulation, to explain the extraordinary capabilities observed in some UAP reports. In 2019, a briefing from an associate of Putoff, named Eric Davis was found in the papers of Edgar Mitchell after his death. The reports were summarizing a briefings given to U.S. government officials, particularly within the Pentagon, on UAP-related topics. In one of the most widely discussed instances, his notes from a 2002 meeting with Admiral Thomas Wilson, a former high-ranking official in U.S. military intelligence, reportedly documents conversations about secretive government programs related to reverse engineering recovered UAP materials. These "Wilson-Davis" notes, suggest that highly classified projects existed that were focused on studying non-terrestrial technologies, though access to these programs was tightly restricted.

Various reports of mysterious flying objects or alien-like beings surfaced in the early 1900s. One famous report comes from the Fátima Miracle (1917) in Portugal. While traditionally viewed as a religious event involving Marian apparitions, some modern UFO theorists speculate that it could have been an extraterrestrial encounter, given the descriptions of strange lights and phenomena witnessed by large crowds. of strange objects in the sky are recorded in various Renaissance chronicles.

In Basel, Switzerland (1566), people claimed to have seen strange circular objects in the sky. In Nuremberg, Germany (1561), there was an event where people allegedly observed a battle between celestial objects. These events are often explained as natural astronomical phenomena, like meteors or solar halos, but some UFO enthusiasts believe these descriptions hint at past alien encounters.

The advent of modern humans has been a relative recent event of about three hundred thousand years ago. The question of non-humans and their presence on this planet could have a far older history. Dr Pasulka and other researchers alluded to non-humans might have influenced our mythical concepts of Gods, Demons, Angels and Purgatory. At each level of human evolution a specific approach has been applied by these non-humans.

Before humanity evolution reached a certain awareness of the non-human presence, its hidden identity avoided the escalation of a conflict. If a target is unaware of the source of a threat, they may be less inclined to respond aggressively, reducing the chances of a full-scale confrontation. This allows for more subtle manipulation, control and further their investigation of humans.

How old is this non-human civilization?

One of the few alien sites in the solar system was proposed by Richard Hoagland, primarily due to the discovery of the "Face on Mars," a mile-long mesa in the Cydonia region resembling a human face, photographed by the Viking spacecraft in 1976 as seen in the picture below. Including, identifying other geometric structures, like pyramids, claiming they are too precise to be natural. Hoagland references the McDaniel Report, which supports the possibility of artificial structures. His extensive research, spanning over 20 years and incorporating hidden data from various space missions, aims to build a case for intelligently designed artifacts on Mars.

The "D&M Pyramid" on Mars is a large, five-sided pyramid-like structure located in the Cydonia region, near other controversial features such as the "Face on Mars." Named after the researchers Vincent DiPietro and Gregory Molenaar, who first identified it in Viking orbiter images from the 1970s, the D&M Pyramid has been the subject of speculation regarding its potential artificial origins. Its geometric shape, symmetry, and placement have led some to suggest it could be evidence of an ancient Martian civilization. However, mainstream scientists attribute the D&M Pyramid to natural geological processes, such as erosion and volcanic activity.

Angustus Labyrinthus as seen in the picture above is a distinctive geological formation located in Mars' southern hemisphere, within the South Polar Layered Deposits region. While, scientists believe it was formed through a combination of glacial, volcanic, and erosional processes, with the sublimation of subsurface ice and tectonic activity playing key roles. It also appears to be a harbor of its potential past water activity.

Planets in the solar system such as, Mars and Earth have a long cataclysmic history when taking into account the removal of Mar’s atmosphere and the mysterious pole reversals on Earth. These geologic events could be related to intense solar activity due to the affects by our binary star, Nemesis, as discussed in the blog, Timewave Zero: The Great Year.

Around 2.6 million years ago, Mars may have experienced a redistribution of its surface ice, creating glacial features in mid-latitude regions. Influencing how ice is stored on the planet. Earth geomagnetic reversals are a process in which it’s magnetic poles switch places due to changes in the flow of molten iron and nickel in the Earth's outer core, which generates the planet's magnetic field through the geo-dynamo effect. During a reversal, the magnetic field weakens significantly and becomes unstable, causing the magnetic poles to wander and sometimes form multiple poles. During a reversal, the Earth’s magnetic field reduces its ability to shield the planet from solar and cosmic radiation. This increased solar radiation exposure on the Earth's surface, leads to higher radiation doses for organisms and creates mutations in DNA.

There has been two significant magnetic reversals in the last 2.6 million years on Earth. The Brunhes-Matuyama reversal is the most recent complete geomagnetic reversal, where Earth's magnetic poles switched places. This magnetic reversal is called the Matuyama-Gauss event. This geomagnetic reversal occurred approximately 2.58 million years ago. This reversal marks the start of the Pleistocene Epoch, a period characterized by repeated glaciations and significant climatic changes. Geologic records from rocks and sediments provide evidence of this reversal, showing a sudden change in the orientation of magnetic minerals aligned with the Earth's magnetic field. After this event, saw the emergence of the Homo species marking a crucial point in human evolution, occurred roughly between 2.5 to 2.8 million years ago.

The last magnetic reversal event occurred 780,000 years ago. During this period our Last Common Ancestor (LCA) of modern humans, Neanderthals, and Denisovans emerged around 765,000 years ago, only 15,000 years after the Brunhes-Matuyama reversal. Our ancestor emerged in Africa before branching out into different evolutionary paths. The LCA left Africa and migrated into Europe and Asia. Those who remained in Africa continued to evolve into what we now recognize as modern humans (Homo sapiens). Meanwhile, the migrating groups evolved separately: one group in Europe and Western Asia evolved into Neanderthals (Homo neanderthalensis), and another group in Eastern Asia evolved into Denisovans. These species coexisted and occasionally interbred with each other and with modern humans when they later left Africa, leaving genetic traces in present-day human populations outside of Africa. This divergence marks a key moment in the evolutionary history of the homo species and our close relatives.

This era marks a shift in the glacial cycles in the late Pleistocene. This transition saw significant changes in Earth's climate system, including increased ice volume and longer, more intense glacial periods. According to UFO researcher, Jason Reza Jorjani speculates 2.6 million years ago, a Martian civilization had destroyed its atmosphere through atomic means. Dr Jorjani is an Iranian-American philosopher known for exploring the intersections of philosophy, technology, and culture. His book "Closer Encounters" delves into UFO phenomena, blending historical analysis and philosophical inquiry. The book presents speculative scenarios about future human-extraterrestrial interactions.

My thesis proposes, instead of an atomic explosion destroying Mars atmosphere and the Earth’s polar reversals are caused by a high energy solar event. Physicist Thomas Townsend Brown, known for his work on electrogravitics and the Biefeld-Brown effect, suggests the so-called canals on Mars, observed by astronomers like Giovanni Schiaparelli and Percival Lowell, could have been formed by electrical discharges from the sun.

This view of the Sun is also supported by the “Electrical Universe” (EU) theory proposes that electromagnetism, rather than gravity alone, plays a dominant role in shaping the universe. According to this model, vast electric currents, particularly through plasma (charged particles that make up most visible matter), influence the formation and behavior of cosmic structures such as galaxies, stars, and planets. EU proponents argue that the Sun is not powered primarily by nuclear fusion, as mainstream science suggests, but rather functions as an "electric star" driven by external electrical currents flowing through space. This theory attributes to solar magnetic phenomena like sunspots and solar flares to changes in these electric currents, challenging the conventional understanding of astrophysical processes.

Mars at this time was also experiencing significant climatic variations driven by changes in its axial tilt (obliquity) and orbital parameters (eccentricity and precession). Mars' elliptical orbit led to notable seasonal temperature changes, influencing the timing and intensity of seasons. These factors contributed to glacial and interglacial periods, impacting ice accumulation and retreat. This same effect was occuring on Earth 2.6 million years ago. After the destruction of Mars atmosphere, survivors of this event might have migrated to Earth. Many UFO researchers including Dr Jorjani speculates Antarctica is the home base for this non-human race. This was also the time Antarctica began to be covered with ice.

Dr Jojani references the theory of true polar wander, suggesting that the Earth's outer shell (crust and upper mantle) can move relative to the planet's rotational axis, causing the geographic positions of the poles to shift. This could explain how Antarctica once had a tropical climate. If Antarctica was previously located closer to the equator, the movement of the Earth's outer shell could have relocated it to its current polar position.

The glaciation of Antarctica continues to the present day, although the ice sheets have varied in size over time due to natural climate fluctuations. Evidence that Antarctica once had a mild, tropical climate includes fossilized plants such as ferns and conifers, pollen and spores from tropical plants, and dinosaur fossils indicating warm habitats. Sedimentary rock layers show signs of past river and lake systems, while geochemical evidence from isotopic analysis supports warmer conditions. Coal deposits, composed of ancient plant material, suggest swampy environments.

Why would these aliens be interested in Homo Sapiens?

It is a misnomer intelligence breeds benevolence as seen through humanity. The non-human evolutionary scale to humans, is over two million years older, similar to modern humans’ relationship to its early hominid ancestors in Africa. Over millions of years, this non-humans race must be a dying race due to their gene pool was small when they arrived on Earth, but they probably lived long extended periods of time. And have used the genetic material on Earth to enhance their live spans. They have been using AI technology to avoid the evolutionary cycle of death. There AI biological robots, the greys and the Nordics are described as, a tall lightly skin color beings that have Scandinavian features such as, blond hair with blue eyes.

The non-human relationship might be associated with the Earth itself and connected to humans spiritual qualities. Our psychological makeup, associated to what we understand as our soul, allows conscious-intelligent or a higher evolution to take place. There are many questions concerning afterlife revealed through Near Death Experiences on this subject such as, Demons, Angels and Purgatory. Dr Pasulka have suggested they are part of our collective consciousness projected through our mythologies, indicating how long they have been involved with humans.

The UAP phenomena could be triggering our collective unconscious to wake us up to this long symbiotic relationship with this non-human intelligence. The problem now, we are waking up to this facade!

The cause of these Yugas are possibly due to our sun has a twin forming a Binary Star System. The interactions of these binary suns at time create extinction events. Researchers such as, Walter Cruttenden has been studying this subject for the last ten years.

In Walter Cruttenden book, “Lost Star of Myth and Time,” explores the idea that the Sun is part of a binary star system, which may affect Earth’s precession and lead to cycles of cultural rises and falls, such as the “Golden Ages” and “Dark Ages” seen throughout history. Drawing from ancient myths and modern astronomical theories, Cruttenden argues that this celestial relationship influences human evolution and civilization. The book blends mythology, astronomy, and esoteric knowledge to propose an alternative view of history based on cosmic cycles and our place in the universe.

Astronomers Dr Sarah Sadavoy and Dr Steven Stahler’s have also suggested that the Sun, like many stars, may have been born with a twin. Their study, based on observations of young stars in the Perseus molecular cloud, proposes that nearly all Sun-like stars initially formed as part of binary or multiple star systems. Dr Richard Muller and Dr Robert Rhode, propose “The Nemesis hypothesis” that the Sun may have a companion star, dubbed “Nemesis,” which could periodically disturb the Oort cloud, sending comets toward Earth. This influx of comets could lead to mass extinction events.

During times when these binary stars interact, scientists Raup and Sepkoski discovered a regularity in mass extinctions events. Nemesis is hypothesized to be a red dwarf or brown dwarf star orbiting far outside the edge of the solar system. These events were discovered in a paper called “Periodicity of Extinctions in the Geologic Past” by Dr. David Raup and Jack Sepkoski, published in 1984, proposed that mass extinctions on Earth follow a periodic pattern, occurring approximately every 26 million years. By analyzing the fossil record, Raup and Sepkoski identified cycles of extinction that suggested a regular timing of these catastrophic events, affecting marine and terrestrial life. On a smaller scale, the Great Year has been closely tied to the “precession of the equinoxes,” having its roots in ancient Babylonian and Greek cosmology. While the Babylonians (1900–500 BCE) developed sophisticated astronomical systems and understood the importance of long-term celestial cycles, it was the Greeks who formalized the idea. Greek philosophers, such as Heraclitus in the 5th century BCE, first hinted at cosmic cycles, and Plato (4th century BCE) later expanded on this, referring to the "perfect year" or cosmic cycle in which the sun, moon, and planets would complete a full revolution relative to the fixed stars. This notion, later known as the **Great Year**, reflected an understanding of vast, repeating cycles in Earth history.

The discovery of the **precession of the equinoxes** by the Greek astronomer **Hipparchus** around the 2nd century BCE gave the Great Year a more concrete astronomical basis. Hipparchus observed that the positions of the stars were slowly shifting relative to the Earth’s equinox points, a phenomenon that takes approximately 25,920 years to complete a full cycle. This discovery laid the foundation for the modern concept of the Great Year, where each zodiac sign rules for 2,160 years, leading to the idea of Astrological Ages forming the Great Year cycle.

In Roman times, thinkers such as **Macrobius** expanded on these ideas, linking them to cycles of creation and destruction. By the 1st century CE integrated the Great Year into their astrological writings. The concept persisted through the Middle Ages and Renaissance, where it was further explored by astrologers seeking to understand cosmic cycles and human destiny in relation to the universe’s grand timeline. The Great Year continues to be a symbolic representation of the vast cycles governing cosmic and astrological events, rooted in the precession of the equinoxes discovered by Hipparchus.If we use Earth’s precession of the equinoxes, the Yuga calendar began to incorporate the twelve astrological signs.

The Great Year is organized into four Yugas, 12 astrological signs and 48 historical periods or four per sign. The 1, 4, 12, 48 series represents a 4:3 fractal ( 4 = 1x4, 3 = 4x3=12). The **4:3 ratio** is significant across various fields, including music, geometry, number theory, physics, and chaos theory. In music, it defines the interval of a **perfect fourth** in Pythagorean tuning, where one note's frequency is 4/3 of another, creating a harmonic relationship essential to musical structure. In geometry and architecture, the 4:3 ratio is valued for its aesthetic appeal, often used in classical design principles, such as in the proportions of rectangles. In Number Theory, it simply represents a mathematical relationship where for every 4 units of one quantity, there are 3 units of another, serving as a foundation for fractions and proportional reasoning.

In physics, especially in wave phenomena, the 4:3 ratio often appears in systems with harmonic oscillations and resonances, where certain frequencies resonate with each other in simple ratios. This resonance can play a role in chaotic systems as they transition from order to disorder. Finally, in fractal geometry, closely related to chaos theory, ratios govern the self-similar patterns in fractal structures, though 4:3 isn’t a primary feature. However, in specific systems with resonance or periodic behavior, the 4:3 ratio may emerge, contributing to the overall complexity of these chaotic systems.

If we apply this 4:3 ratio to the Solar System galactic journey taking around 248 million years, each Yuga occurs every 62 million years and the 12 astrological signs would have a 20,666,667 million years period. The last Yuga era in this galactic journey began in Taurus showing the beginning of the Iron Yuga as seen in the table below.

The number 12 is also a form of the 4:3 ratio. Thus, to create a 4:3 fractal set, one divides the selected period by 12. The last number of the progression represents the fractal period as seen in the table above. If the time period has fractal properties, you will get repeating digits as seen in the table above. The Age of Taurus in the galactic cycle highlighted in blue covers a five million years period. Each succeeding data point represents a fractal of the previous period but also a fractal of the Galactic Year as a whole.

Time is not only occurring through the passing of minutes, hours and days but also moving through fractal periods of resonance in history influenced by its Yuga. Fractals in nature reveal the self-repeating patterns that can be seen across various natural systems, from the branching of trees and rivers to the structure of mountains, clouds, and even human blood vessels. A fractal is a complex geometric pattern that, when magnified, reveals similar structures at increasingly smaller scales, creating a sense of infinite detail.

In nature, fractals provide efficient ways for systems to organize themselves, such as in the way leaves are arranged to maximize sunlight exposure or how lightning branches to distribute energy. These patterns emerge from simple mathematical rules but lead to highly complex and often chaotic forms, making fractals essential for understanding natural processes that are seemingly random but have underlying order. Fractals help scientists describe irregular shapes and phenomena that traditional geometry struggles to capture, offering insights into the intrinsic complexity of the natural world.

The Age of Taurus in this cycle, has three major magnetic pole reversals, the Cobb Mountain subchron, the Matuyama-Gauss Chron, and the Kaena subron. The Cobb Mountain subchron geomagnetic reversal occurred approximately 1.2 million years ago during the Matuyama Reverse Chron, a period when the Earth's magnetic field was primarily oriented in the opposite direction from today. This event, lasting around 20,000 years, represents a short interval of normal magnetic polarity within a longer period of reversed polarity. The reversal was identified through the study of volcanic rocks and sediments, particularly in the Cobb Mountain area of California, which preserve the ancient magnetic field directions.

The Matuyama-Gauss Chron occurred approximately 2.58 million years ago and marks a significant event in Earth’s geologic history when the planet’s magnetic field flipped. This transition reversed the polarity to normal polarity (when the magnetic north aligns with the geographic north). The Matuyama-Gauss reversal coincides with the beginning of the Quaternary period and the onset of glaciations (Ice Ages). These pole reversals are not uncommon in Earth’s history, but they offer critical insight into the planet’s magnetic dynamics and have been linked to shifts in climate and tectonic activity during that period.

The Kaena Subchron was a geomagnetic event, specifically a brief period of reversed magnetic polarity that occurred during the Matuyama Chron, which itself is a period of predominantly reversed polarity. The Matuyama Chron lasted from around 2.58 million years ago to approximately 780,000 years ago. Within this overall reversed polarity era, the Kaena Subchron represents a short interval where the Earth's magnetic field flipped to a normal (i.e., today's) polarity.

During the Maturyaa-Gass pole reverse around 2.58 million years ago, a megafaunal extinction occurred simultaneously with the onset of the Quaternary period and the end of the last Ice Age around 10,000 years ago. This led to the disappearance of a large number of species, particularly the megafauna—large-bodied animals such as mammoths, saber-toothed cats, and giant ground sloths. Though this extinction event happened long after the Matuyama-Gauss reversal, the broader environmental changes during the Pleistocene, included glaciations, shifting climates, and possible human activity, are thought to have contributed to the extinction of these species lasting until 780,000 years ago.

In addition, the emergence of the genus Homo also emerged during this period around 2.8 to 2.5 million years ago in Africa. This species, Homo habilis, is considered the earliest member of the Homo genus initiated its evolution. Homo habilis is often credited with developing more advanced stone tools than its ancestors, particularly the Oldowan tool culture. The emergence of Homo habilis coincides with environmental changes in Africa, including a shift to drier, more open landscapes, which may have driven adaptations in bipedalism, tool use, and diet. Over time, this lineage led to the evolution of later human species, such as Homo erectus and eventually Homo sapiens.

During pole reversals, the Earth’s magnetic field weakens and becomes disordered, eventually leading to the north and south magnetic poles switching places. As the field weakens, Earth is less shielded from cosmic rays and solar wind, which could disrupt satellite communications, GPS, and power grids, and increase radiation exposure, particularly near the poles. Animals that rely on the magnetic field for navigation, like migratory birds, may experience disorientation. This increased radiation could have affected life on this planet, altering its DNA.

Around the time of Cobb Mountain subchron between 1.2 to 0.7 million years ago, the Mid-Pleistocene Transition (MPT) occurs causing significant climatic shifts that changed Earth’s glacial cycles. Before this transition, the planet experienced relatively regular glacial-interglacial cycles every 41,000 years, driven by changes in Earth’s axial tilt (obliquity). However, during the MPT, these cycles became longer, stretching to about 100,000 years, and the glaciations grew more intense. This shift is believed to have been influenced by changes in Earth’s orbital patterns, ice sheet dynamics, and carbon cycle feedbacks. The last recorded pole reversal occurred 780,000 years ago called the Brunhes-Matuyama.

During the last pole reversal, the Homo species took a dramatic jump in its evolution. Between 600,000 to 800,000 years ago our last common ancestor of Homo sapiens emerged through the discovery of Homo heidelbergensis. This species, found in Africa and Europe, is thought to have given rise to both modern humans and archaic species like Neanderthals and Denisovans. Homo heidelbergensis exhibited key human traits such as bipedalism, tool use, and social structures, setting the stage for the cognitive and cultural evolution of Homo sapiens.

Earth cyclical pole reversals could be caused through the interaction of our Sun with its binary star Nemesis. As these two stars approach each other they begin to orbit around each other. These Suns will begin an inner orbit having two major points as seen in the picture below. One point occurs, as they approach each other and another when they move into their outer orbits.

Other dynamic effects of this binary star involves the gravitational pull of Nemesis. A hypothetical large planet beyond Neptune, suggests that it could have significant effects on the Kuiper Belt, particularly in perturbing the orbits of objects and possibly bringing comets into the inner solar system. Some scientists propose that the gravity of Nemesis could disrupt the orbits of Kuiper Belt objects (KBOs) at the edge of the solar system, sending them toward the Sun and creating long-period comets. Additionally, this large, distant planet might explain the unusual clustering of orbits seen in certain KBOs. Nemesis size has been estimated to be 5 to 10 times of our Sun. These theories aim to account for observed anomalies in the outer solar system, though Nemesis existence remains speculative.

An example of comets being pulled out of the Kuiper Belt by Nemesis, could be the cause of the Younger Dryas Impact Theory that proposes around 12,800 years ago, during the onset of the Younger Dryas period, a comet or asteroid impact triggered abrupt climate changes. This event is believed to have caused widespread fires, significant cooling, and environmental disruptions, contributing to the extinction of large Ice Age animals, such as mammoths, and possibly affecting early human populations like the Clovis culture in North America. Evidence for the theory includes impact-like materials such as nanodiamonds and iridium found in geological layers. However, the theory remains debated, with some scientists questioning the strength of the evidence.

By 1200 BCE, the mysterious collapse of the Bronze Age occurred, marked by the sudden fall of major civilizations, including the Mycenaeans, Hittites, and Egyptians. This period saw widespread destruction, population decline, and the abandonment of cities. Possible causes include invasions by the mysterious "Sea Peoples," internal rebellions, natural disasters like earthquakes, and climate change leading to drought and famine. The aftermath led to the Greek Dark Age, lasting roughly from 1100 to 800 BCE, characterized by the loss of literacy, trade, and art, as well as smaller, isolated communities.

What began as Nemesis entry 12,800 years ago, ends with Nemesis exiting its close orbit to the Sun moving into its outer orbit. A possible sighting of this event occurred when a red star was recorded by the Babylonians, around 1000 BC. This was reference in a Babylonian tablet, called the MUL.APIN. Michael Heiser, an expert in Sumerian cuneiform language translated this section as stating,

“the red star which stand in the south of the night … the Star of Marduk, Nibiru…crosses the sky“ (pages 36-37).

Heiser believed, that the reference of Nibiru symbolized a crossing a point in the night’s sky. The planet Marduk, which represents Jupiter, could have been used to identify the red star relative position in the sky. Before this sighting the Collapse of the Bronze Age had already began. A chaotic period follows sighting, known as the Greek Dark Ages that lasted for 250 years. The red color of the star, could be an identifying it as a red dwarf sun as predicted in its theory. Nemesis is pulling KBO’s (comets and asteroids) towards the solar system, Nemesis orbit is probably perpendicular to the Solar Plane where its entry and exit points crosses it relative to its position outside of the solar system. During its closes path to the solar system Nemesis is underneath the solar plane and could only be observed by the South Pole.

If the Younger Dyas Impact 12,800 years ago signaled Nemesis entry point towards the solar system,, its exit point was 3,000 years ago, this represent an estimate of Nemesis closest orbit around the sun is between 12,000 to 13,000 years. This range is larger due to the difficulty in determining Nemesis location as the asteroids in the Kuiper Belt are pulled towards our solar system and the time it takes for these objects to enter Earth’s atmosphere. By doubling this range, it’s close to the 25,920 period of the Precession of the Equinoxes. Cruttenden proposed the cause of the tilt of Earth axis and precession could be affected by Nemesis gravitational pull as seen through the extreme axis tilts of Neptune and Pluto. The Kali Yuga could represents Nemesis last stage of its closes orbit with our sun. Following this period is the Age of Pisces of 2160 years showing Nemesis influence begins to fade, allowing other cosmic influences to take place, i.e. the Golden Age. According to Cruttenden we passed from the Iron Yuga into the Golden Yuga at the end of 2013.

Within eleven years of this date, a rapidly changing world of electric vehicles, artificial intelligence and a growing reorganization of the planet is taking place. Earth will be always be a challenging planet but without Nemesis influence, the truth of Earth ancient history and our full potential will unfold.

In nature, this means that even tiny variations in initial conditions, like the weather or animal populations, can lead to vastly different outcomes over time. For example, a slight change in temperature can dramatically alter weather patterns. The Future of Computing

Jensen Huang summarizes computing in 2024 has been reduced into fractions of its cost and increased by a million times faster in the last ten years. Allowing AI computing progress to be defined in months rather than years.

We are entering a technological phase in our evolution, where we will begin to redesign how we live, and how we relate to each other and what it is, to be human. It's about imagining a future where we go beyond the limits of our current human bodies and minds. This movement proposes that humans with augmented capabilities will evolve into an enhanced species, known as "posthumans," fundamentally altering human evolution.

The source of our divine connection was explained by an old hermetic saying, “As above, so below”. This ancient analogy is also describing the relationship between Earth and the movement of the heavenly bodies in the night’s sky. This ancient practice known as Astrology was preserved and past down from it’s early followers from the time of the Babylonia priests to the Renaissance where its understanding has been hidden behind its divination system with little  explanation of its theology or history.
